The One-Night Guarantee
Use your first mask on the night your order arrives. If your skin doesn't look visibly plumper and brighter by the next morning, message us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp or email — we'll refund your entire order amount. You keep the remaining masks. No return shipping, no forms, no questions.
How refunds are paid
Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days of receiving your payment details.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched (dispatch usually happens within 24 hours). Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled — but the One-Night Guarantee still applies after delivery.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
