About us
zulalskin.com is operated by a GST-registered proprietorship based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (GSTIN available on every invoice). All references to "zulal", "we", "us" or "our" refer to this business.
Products
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not medicines and make no therapeutic claims. Results vary from person to person. Always patch-test if you have sensitive skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors); if payment was collected, it will be refunded in full. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation on WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (including Razorpay). We never store your card or banking details. Cash on Delivery is available across most Indian pincodes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
