Where we ship
We ship across India to most serviceable pincodes through our courier partners (via Shiprocket).
Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our Hyderabad facility (orders placed on Sundays/public holidays dispatch the next working day). Delivery typically takes 2–4 days for metro cities and 3–6 days for the rest of India. You'll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp/ SMS as soon as your order ships.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on all multi-mask packs. Single-mask orders carry a ₹49 shipping fee, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Orders are prepaid — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards or netbanking, processed securely by Razorpay. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery. Paying online means your parcel is dispatched the same working day, and if it is never delivered you receive a full refund.
Delays
Courier delays (weather, strikes, remote pincodes) are occasionally outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll resolve it — replacement or refund included.
